The short version: TikTok Downloader is built to need as little from you as possible. This page covers what actually happens to a link you paste and a message you send through the contact form.
Links submitted to the downloader
Pasting a TikTok URL sends that link to our processing servers so the video can be resolved and prepared. The request carries no name, email, account, or device identifier — just the link, processed, and returned as a file.
No history kept
Once your file reaches your browser, the record behind that job is discarded. There's no dashboard, log, or database anywhere that lets anyone — us included — look up what a given visitor has processed over time.
Cookies and third-party scripts
TikTok Downloader doesn't set its own tracking cookies. Standard third-party scripts — an analytics or advertising provider, for instance — may run on the site depending on current configuration, and each operates under its own separate privacy policy.
Contact form messages
Reaching out through the Contact page stores the name, email, reason, and message you provide so we can read and respond. That data exists only to handle your message — it's never sold, rented, or used for marketing.
How long things stick around
The downloader itself retains nothing beyond the seconds it takes to process a request. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, and can be deleted from our records on request.
The content itself
Videos and audio you download come from TikTok and belong to their original creators. Beyond removing the export-time watermark overlay, we don't alter, inspect, or store that content — see the Terms of Use for what's expected of you once you have it.
Where processing happens
Requests run on infrastructure that may be located in a different country than you're browsing from. Submitted links are never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Children
TikTok Downloader isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group.
Your options
With no account or saved profile tied to the downloader itself, there's nothing to export or delete on that side. If you've sent a contact message previously and want it removed, just ask.
Security
We take sensible precautions to protect anything submitted through the contact form, but no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
